All Matrix Labs USA products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, medical treatment, or diagnostic purposes. Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for confirmed packing errors or shipping damage.
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened vials, products that have been stored improperly, or items reported outside the inspection window.
Our goal is to make sure you receive accurate, clearly labeled materials suitable for your research. If something doesn’t look right when your order arrives, contact us immediately so we can review it with you.
