Transaction and payment-related information
We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card information because we do not process credit/debit card payments directly through the Services at this time.

If you pay through BTCPay (or a similar cryptocurrency checkout flow), the payment process may involve wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and blockchain-related information necessary to confirm payment and complete the order. Blockchain transactions may be publicly visible on the applicable network. We may store the minimum information needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and order fulfillment, such as transaction identifiers, timestamps, and payment status.

When you create an account or place an order, we may contact you by email and/or text message for transactional and service-related purposes. These messages may include verification prompts, order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, account security alerts, and responses to support requests.

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service messages that are necessary to provide the Services.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS depending on your carrier and plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose information as needed to operate the Services, including to:
