Order Cancellation
Because most Matrix Labs USA orders are processed quickly, cancellations are time-sensitive.
We’ll always do our best to help, but submitting accurate information quickly gives us the best chance of accommodating a cancellation request.
If you need to cancel an order, please email: info@matrixlabsusa.com with your name and order number as soon as possible.
We can only attempt cancellation if the order has not yet entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or shipped.
Once an order is marked Processing, On Hold (awaiting payment review), or Shipped, it is generally no longer eligible for cancellation or change.
Payments sent via Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, or crypto may not be reversible once confirmed, and in those cases we are not able to guarantee a refund.
